Pastor Ron is the Senior Pastor of One Hope, and has served in various  areas of ministry in several Calvary Chapels since 1998 such as: leading worship, homeless ministry, youth detention, and prison ministry before becoming ordained into pastoral ministry in January of 2002 at Calvary Chapel of Santa Clarita following several years of ministry and pastoral training within Calvary Chapel. 

He and his wife Tafianne spent 5+ years at Countryside Chapel in Prescott Valley as the founding pastor, before leaving to lead Calvary Chapel Buffalo in Wyoming.  Ron and Tafianne were invited to return to Prescott Valley Arizona to facilitate the establishing of a new work , One Hope Christian Fellowship, a Calvary Chapel ministry.

Pastor Ron has been involved in mission work in Haiti, as well, he and his wife have been used of the Lord to plant 5 Calvary Chapel fellowships over the past 21 years in California, Oregon, and Arizona. They both also spent time on the mission field in Fiji.

With a strong emphasis on Biblical exposition, and a passion to see those who are lost and broken come to Jesus Christ, pastor Ron also feels it's important to give the Holy Spirit room to move freely in His church according to the heart and mind of Christ. Having a relaxed, casual style of leadership, pastor Ron also has a heart to see families grow in Christ, and to see men equipped to lead their families in the ways of the Lord. 

Pastor Ron has been happily married to his Bride and best friend Tafianne for 26 years. They have 2 children: son Andrew and daughter Sarah, and they have 5 grandchildren

Pastor John was invited to serve as One Hope 's Discipleship Pastor in February of 2020 and also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for One Hope. John has served in various ministries both in Calvary Chapel, as well as law enforcement for over 30 years.

Pastor John led the ministry of "Operation Military Assistance" at Calvary Chapel Murrieta. He also successfully completed the Riverside Sheriff's Chaplain Academy and served the Temecula station office in California. It was during this time on April 15, 2012, John received his formal ordination at Calvary Chapel Murrieta in California.

In 2018, John and his wife Janis relocated to Prescott Valley AZ, where he completed the Prescott Valley Police Department Citizens Academy, and began serving as a volunteer Police Chaplain from 2018 to 2020, as well as serving 2 years for the Arizona Rangers, Lonesome Valley company. Pastor John brings to One Hope many acquired skills from his years in Chaplaincy, as well as his 4 years serving our country in the Marine Corps.

Pastor John and Janis have been blessed with three children:  daughters Yvonne and Stephanie, and their son William, as well as 10 grandchildren; Theron, Annika, Abel, Gabriel, Christian, Erica, Noah, Victoria, Tyler, and Ashley.

Pastor Mike was ordained to serve as One Hope 's Outreach Pastor in September of 2022. Mike has served in various ministries in California and Arizona for over 25 years.

Mike has additionally served in other ministries including: the Bernabe Community Center in Downey, California and the youth ministry at Calvary Community Church. Mike has also served as a Deacon at Calvary Community Church and Redeemer Covenant Church in California. Mike began his studies at the Latin American Biblical Institute of La Puente, California and completed his ministry preparation at One Hope Christian Fellowship before being ordained.

In 2020, Mike and his wife Alicia relocated to Dewey, AZ, where he completed his studies and was ordained as Pastor of Outreach Ministries for our fellowship. Pastor Mike brings to One Hope many years of outreach experience as well as dealing with youth and addiction issues.

Pastor Mike and Alicia have been blessed with one child, their daughter Lorraine, and have been happily married for 39 years. 

Tafianne has been in ministry, serving alongside Pastor Ron since 2002 and has a special place in her heart for the ladies at One Hope. She has served in various capacities as needed during the establishing of several Calvary Chapels, including women's ministry, children's ministry and audio/visual. Tafianne and Ron have desired to serve the Lord with their entire lives, everywhere God has chosen to send them. 

Her favorite verse is Psalm 46:10 "Be still and know that I am God, I will be exalted above the nations, I will be exalted above the earth!"

Tafianne has been blessed to share her heart and her life with her husband and best friend Ron for 26 years. 

We are currently seeking someone to head the Audio / Visual team. There are a group of volunteers working together, and so we wait for the Lord to raise up an individual to serve in this vital ministry

Sheryl serves in several ministries at One Hope singing on the worship team and helping with the women's ministry, but she truly shines in hospitality, overseeing the coffee & snacks when we gather. Sheryl is always filled with life, love and the joy of the Lord. We call her "Peach".

Sheryl and her husband George have been married for over 53 years.

Donna has been with One Hope since its inception, serving anywhere there is a need. Donna is the bookkeeper for One Hope, but also serves in the women's ministry and worship ministry. Married to her husband Dave, they both faithfully serve the body of Christ in any way they can.

Harry, who heads up our men's ministry, is a native of Arizona, who came to know the Lord in 1991. He also serves as council on the Board of Directors. He and his wife Tracy began attending church at Calvary Chapel Black Canyon City, where they served faithfully for 7 years. In 2005, they moved to Dewey, and  attended various churches over the years before the Lord lead them to One Hope in 2021,  a place where they can grow & serve.

Harry & Tracy have been blessed with 2 children, and 4 grandchildren.

David serves as council on the Board of Directors. He and his wife Renee' head up the youth ministry at One Hope. They posses a love for children of all ages. Having served in various ministries for over 30 years, Renee' also has over 18 years working in the field of special education.
