Pastor Steven serves as the senior pastor of One Hope and has been actively involved in ministry since 2004, serving in various roles at Calvary Chapel Montrose and Southwest Calvary of Buckeye. His ministry experience includes working with high school and junior high students, jail ministry, youth detention ministry, and homeless outreach. In February 2024, he was ordained into pastoral ministry at Southwest Calvary of Buckeye.

Pastor Steven has also been involved in mission work in Mexico, Peru, and Belize, and has led men’s Bible studies and accountability groups. Along with his wife, Erica, he served for three years as the Children’s Ministry Directors, while Pastor Steven also served as the Jr. High Pastor at Southwest Calvary of Buckeye.

With a deep commitment to Biblical exposition, Pastor Steven’s passion is to share the hope of the gospel of Jesus Christ with those who are lost, guiding them into a relationship with Jesus. His heart is for believers in the church to be nourished by the Word and equipped to walk faithfully with Jesus, fulfilling the Great Commission as outlined in Matthew 28:18-20.

Pastor Steven and his wife Erica have been happily married for 17 years. They have 3 Daughters: Vanessa, Adelina and Cecily.

John served as One Hope 's Discipleship Pastor for over 3 years and also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for One Hope. John has served in various ministries both in Calvary Chapel, as well as law enforcement for over 30 years, as well as a hospice chaplain for Arizona Life, he is now using his calling and gifts with a heart to  honor our military Veterans in the area.

Having led the ministry of "Operation Military Assistance" at Calvary Chapel Murrieta. He also successfully completed the Riverside Sheriff's Chaplain Academy and served the Temecula station office in California. It was during this time on April 15, 2012, John received his formal ordination at Calvary Chapel Murrieta in California.

In 2018, John and his wife Janis relocated to Prescott Valley AZ, where he completed the Prescott Valley Police Department Citizens Academy, and began serving as a volunteer Police Chaplain from 2018 to 2020, as well as serving 2 years for the Arizona Rangers, Lonesome Valley company. John brings to One Hope many acquired skills from his years in Chaplaincy, as well as his 4 years serving our country in the Marine Corps.

John and Janis have been blessed with three children:  daughters Yvonne and Stephanie, and their son William, as well as 10 grandchildren; Theron, Annika, Abel, Gabriel, Christian, Erica, Noah, Victoria, Tyler, and Ashley.

Pastor Mike was ordained to serve as One Hope 's Outreach Pastor in September of 2022. Mike has served in various ministries in California and Arizona for over 25 years.

Mike has additionally served in other ministries including: the Bernabe Community Center in Downey, California and the youth ministry at Calvary Community Church. Mike has also served as a Deacon at Calvary Community Church and Redeemer Covenant Church in California. Mike began his studies at the Latin American Biblical Institute of La Puente, California and completed his ministry preparation at One Hope Christian Fellowship before being ordained.

In 2020, Mike and his wife Alicia relocated to Dewey, AZ, where he completed his studies and was ordained as Pastor of Outreach Ministries for our fellowship. Pastor Mike brings to One Hope many years of outreach experience as well as dealing with youth and addiction issues.

Pastor Mike and Alicia have been blessed with one child, their daughter Lorraine, and have been happily married for 39 years. 

Erica has been faithfully serving in ministry within Calvary Chapels for over 20 years. Since 2008, she has had the privilege of ministering alongside Pastor Steven. Throughout her ministry journey, Erica has worked in various areas, including Children's Ministry, Jr. High, Juvenile Detention, Park Outreach, Women's Ministry, and Missions. She is deeply committed to following God’s calling and serving Jesus wherever He leads her.

Her favorite verse is Jeremiah 29:13: "You will seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart."

Erica is also blessed to have shared 17 years of marriage with her husband, Steven. They have three precious daughters.

Jim Walling is loved by all as he serves in many various capacities at One Hope. Jim is also a Chaplain for Arizona Life Hospice. With an ability to step in when & where needed, Jim serves in many areas to bless Gods people at One Hope. Recently Jim answered the call to serve on the Board of Directors to aid the navigation of the fellowship.

Sheryl serves in several ministries at One Hope singing on the worship team and helping with the women's ministry, but she truly shines in hospitality, overseeing the coffee & snacks when we gather. Sheryl is always filled with life, love and the joy of the Lord. We call her "Peach".

Sheryl and her husband George have been married for over 53 years.

Debbie love the Lord and a true servant's heart. Following the leading of the Holy Spirit, she now serves as the bookkeeper for One Hope, as she has over 30 years experience in finance/accounting. Debbie continues to make herself available to serve the Lord in various ways. She and her husband Art, have made their lives available to serve the Lord as He leads.

Harry, who heads up our men's ministry, is a native of Arizona, who came to know the Lord in 1991. He also serves as council on the Board of Directors. He and his wife Tracy began attending church at Calvary Chapel Black Canyon City, where they served faithfully for 7 years. In 2005, they moved to Dewey, and  attended various churches over the years before the Lord lead them to One Hope in 2021,  a place where they can grow & serve.

Harry & Tracy have been blessed with 2 children, and 4 grandchildren.

David serves as council on the Board of Directors. He and his wife Renee' head up the youth ministry at One Hope. They posses a love for children of all ages. Having served in various ministries for over 30 years, Renee' also has over 18 years working in the field of special education.
